House of Dagmar is a fast growing Stockholm based fashion house with a global reach. Since the label Dagmar was launched in 2005, its unconventional and sophisticated style has been widely recognised by the fashion industry as well as the press throughout Europe, United States and Asia and has received several prestigious awards.

As our Growth and Customer Acquisition manager, you will become a key player in the e-com and marketing team, and your expertise and experience will help us to successfully grow our business internationally.
You will have the opportunity to develop, implement and extend our growth marketing strategy. You will take ownership for houseofdagmar.com as well as all SEM and Paid social. The position is full time and located at the Head office in Stockholm.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver and carry out a growth strategy across all digital channels including SEM, Paid Social, Organic social and CRO.

Own our paid advertising strategies and tactics to efficiently growth across marketing programs for paid search.

Be our Point of contact to external growth partners.

Manage new media partnerships end-to-end to drive measurable growth.

Work on integrated campaign, starting with strategy, brief and working on executing and measuring performance.

Create, manage and experiment with new acquisition campaigns.

Experience launching marketing initiatives (e.g. launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter).

Manage all social media platforms including Instagram, FB, Pinterest and drive content creation.

Constantly work on new channels, creatives and other ideas for experimentation, optimization and acquisition growth.

Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.

Support weekly and monthly reporting of channel metrics, goals, and other KPIs.

 

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

Minimum 3 years of experience from a similar role or at an agency.

Deep knowledge of, and experience from, paid advertising - Google Ads, Linkedin Campaign Manager, Facebook business manager – SEO and CRO.

Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Experience with attribution and mixed media models.

Has the ability to priorities in order to understand when and what must be put in place first. Is an A/B testing guru.

Strong analytical skills. Being able to make data driven predictions about the market.

By studying data from customer behaviors and demographics, you can make clear decisions of what messages, actions, products and offers that will encourage audiences to convert.

Fluent in English (Swedish is also good but not mandatory).
