Job Details

Job Title: Manager, Brand Copy, Creative Studio
Primary Purpose:
Partner with Director of Brand Copy to develop and execute copy and storytelling for Coach's branding initiatives, with a focus on growing Coach's brand storytelling. In addition, assist with writing storytelling for Corporate Communications and Public Relations.
Partner and collaborate with key cross-functional partners in Creative Studio, Design Studio, Customer Experience, Corporate Communications, Human Resources and Public Relations. Partner with lead of Brand Copy to develop and maintain the Coach voice, and create inspiring and unique storytelling moments across channels.

- Ideate and develop editorial around brand initiatives, including evolving brand narratives with a focus on sustainability and social responsibility, research and concepting, ideating content, as well as execution of naming, press and product collateral
- Support Director of Brand Copy on additional brand initiatives from concept to execution, including collection presentations (runway) and Coach Foundation initiatives
- Partner with Director of Brand Copy to develop and maintain the Coach voice, values and copy style guide, and create inspiring and unique storytelling moments across all respective channels
- Support Director of Brand Copy and Public Relations on development of brand press releases as well as internal speeches and press interviews for Coach Creative Director
- Partner with Creative Studio and Design Director to lead ideation, development and execution of Tapestry branding initiatives and Corporate Communications

- Experience writing for a sustainability-focused brand; familiarity with the nuances of the current conversation around sustainability and key terminology
- Be a self-starter who can spot great opportunities for storytelling and ideate new ways to educate and inform the customer about sustainability
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a playful approach to language, including editorial/press
- The ability to adapt the Brand Voice for multiple channels and formats
- The ability to work independently and in collaboration with the team in a fast-paced creative environment
- Knowledge of culture and current events as they inform the cultural conversation

- 5+ years of relevant experience in copywriting, communications, editorial and/or content creation
