Art Director

nss factory is currently seeking an Art Director based in Milan. The ideal candidate will be a team player and team leader  who can generate clear ideas and organize the copywriter, producing sketches, storyboards, art layouts with a coherent flow. It needs to understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience.
We look for a creative art director who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and loves the challenge of discovering what are consumers’ needs and values. The candidate will cooperate with a design-savvy team and will coordinate to devise an overall concept. The main goal is to translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns that stimulate targeted audiences. This key role requires a reliable and self-motivated individual who wants to join an expeditiously growing and highly creative environment.

Skills & Qualifications
- Generate clear ideas and concepts for nssfactory’s clients and in house
- Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media
- Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions
- Determine how best to represent a concept visually choosing which photographs, art, or other design elements to use
- Review, coordinate and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other staff members
- The candidate knows how to direct, inspire, coordinate and create a coherent communication between all the collaborators 
- Talk to nss factory clients to develop an artistic approach and style in line with their identity
- She / He needs to direct all the post-production elements, therefore knowing well the time, tasks and goal
- The Art director represents the contact person for shootings / videos during the presentation of the project, during the work and at the end of it all

Requirements
- Proven working experience as Art Director
- Hands on experience with logo design, typography, corporate identity, color theory, web layout design, print production, image selection, post-production and color correction
- Proficient use of Adobe Creative Package
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
- Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
- Relevant education or training
