POSITION SUMMARY

The Commercial Coordinator will support both the wholesale and direct-to-consumer business. This position will provide the commercial team with the information and data analysis necessary to make strategic decisions on a regular basis. They will coordinate with cross functional departments and external partners to complete business tasks and deliverables. The candidate for this role must be able to multi-task, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and be extremely organized.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Compile and analyze weekly & monthly reporting
  • Assist wholesale partners with in-season needs
  • Plan and coordinate logistics of market set-up, execution and wrap-up
  • Assist in selling presentation during physical and virtual appointments
  • Complete processing and follow through of sales orders from entry to order confirmation
  • Manage JOOR: Styles, linesheets, and customer information
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve matters related to style updates and cancellations, shipping and payment
  • Ad-hoc analysis to devise and support business directives for both wholesale and retail channel

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 1 - 2 years in fashion wholesale/retail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and JOOR. Exceptional in Excel
  • Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with ability to prioritize & operate efficiently
  • Strong attention to details & deadlines
  • Team player, passion for the industry and desire to grow and develop career
  • Office attendance Monday – Friday.
  • Travel may be required
