As the Affiliate Sales Manager, you will manage a list of a mix of affiliate and development accounts. Client relationships and relevant digital sales experience in the Women’s Fashion and Beauty verticals are a must. You’ll work closely with pre-sale teams to conceptualize and sell integrated advertising and sponsorship packages which include Affiliate, Branded Content, Social Media, Newsletter, Influencer opportunities, Podcast, Experiential and Display Media. 

If you’re the ideal candidate for this role, you take pride in developing “out of the box” creative solutions to meet advertiser objectives and exceed sales goals. You are also self-motivated, results-oriented and can thrive in an entrepreneurial setting. Ultimately, you are comfortable maintaining and leading relationships with affiliate partners while also selling arger direct ad sales deals across display, branded content, social, email, podcasts, events, etc.

This position is based in New York and reports directly to the SVP of Sales.

Our Future of Work: Who What Wear employees are working from home for the remainder of 2021; therefore, all interview and onboarding activities are virtual. Beginning in 2022, we will transition to a hybrid in-person/ remote work environment. Candidates should be open to working remotely with a requirement to work in person from time to time.

Key Duties:

  • Proactively engage, strategize and cultivate deep relationships with senior-level clients and agency members.
  • Respond to and service clients, ensuring any and all issues are resolved with 100% satisfaction.
  • Maintain complete, updated status of all information relating to accounts.
  • Manage campaign deliverables as needed and interface with post-sale Client Services and Ad Operations teams to ensure campaign elements are launched, monitored and operating in accordance with our standards and client expectations.
  • Manage and maintain affiliate relationships, including daily analysis of sales and activity with affiliate partners.
  • Monitor monthly affiliate goals including reviewing all data and analytics, communicating with editorial and sales
  • Focused on selling affiliate flat fee deals, minimum of $15k+

     

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant online Ad Sales experience in the Women’s Fashion and Beauty verticals
  • Extensive knowledge and experience selling integrated advertising packages including Branded Content, Social Media, Newsletter, Influencer opportunities, Podcast, Experiential and Display Media
  • Strong history of exceeding aggressive monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas
  • Relationships with decision-makers for major online advertisers and online media buying agencies
