Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition for APAC

About the role

Within the People division, the Head of Talent Acquisition is a strategic position, working closely with the various HR managers, members of the management committee and other "hiring managers" to understand and respond to needs.

In charge of the sourcing strategy and more generally of the recruitment, in order to facilitate recruitment, the mission principle of the Head of Talent Acquisition is to analyze the market and the sourcing strategies / identification of 5-star candidates. Once the candidates are targeted, he may have to go through the entire recruitment process. More generally, he participates in the HR strategy by setting up an optimized recruitment process, an employer brand strategy, and is a force of proposal to give advice to HR teams. Unlike a recruitment manager, his role has a more business / strategic aspect in a logic of " scalability".

What you'll be doing

Proposing and driving a global Recruitment strategy integrating:
  • Identifying your organisation's needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance
  • Developing, managing and maintaining a highly-skilled team to assist with talent development
    Understanding workforce planning and resource forecasting by working with the resourcing team to feed into recruitment timelines
    Communicating with external sources, i.e. peer organisations to acknowledge any trends in recruitment and markets which could impact upon the business
  • Anticipating the organisations future and working with senior executives to advise on recruiting tactics that will help to sustain the company's success
  • Developing and retaining a diverse talent acquisition team
  • Applying strategies to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the business
  • Partnering with the broader talent acquisition team for shared use of tools and resources
  • Managing and delivering reports and data when required

Setting up the digital tools necessary for your missions:
  1. Greenhouse project management and collaborative functions to be integrated into HRIS (development of specifications and implementation monitoring)

Actively contributing to the production and adoption of internal resources for the development of employees:
  1. Continuous development/updating of employer brand, salary package, etc.
  • Workshop, portals/resource center...

Ensuring that all your missions take place in a transversal, innovative and agile way:
  • Pushing talent acquisition change programmes from both a strategic and operative level
  • Experience in managing a recruitment team with a strong understanding of talent acquisition
  • Ability to be strategic and tactical when making decisions
  • Interpersonal and motivational skills; you should be capable of building relationships across the organisation.
  • Increasing talent sourcing within an organisation by improving direct hiring
  • Analytical and capable of reading data and reports to assess complex information
  • Influencing employees at all levels to support your decisions and proposed plans

Who you are

Master's Degree or specialized training in Recruiting for all levels of job, ideally in APAC area

You have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the field of recruitment ideally within a start-up / e-commerce site.

Skills:
  • Organized and multidisciplinary, you know how to lead different projects at the same time
  • Gifted with oral and written communication skills, you have team spirit and a strong sense of listening. You are attentive to the needs of the teams
  • Creative, you will be able to bring innovative ideas especially in the recruitment process and existing tools on the market
  • You demonstrate a real fluency in writing and a pronounced taste for the transmission of knowledge and transversal management.
  • You are recognized for your involvement, your sense of organization, your pragmatism, your ability to adapt, your proactivity, your relational qualities, your rigor as well as your analytical and synthesis skills.
  • You are committed to updating your knowledge of recruiting solutions and their legal framework.
