For the content production team at Zalando Fashion Studios, we are looking for an internal 'creative trainer' with many years of experience in creative content production to up-skill the workforce in order to increase quality and productivity of the team according to defined processes and standards.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • You act as an internal trainer, talent scout, coach and people developer for our photography and fashion styling team
  • You support the definition of 'future skills' and 'future competencies' needed for the production team
  • Based on identified skill gaps, you conceptualize and realize training materials for self-paced learning offerings as well as (virtual) class-room, instructor-led training offerings, using the wide range of training formats, from theory to scenario based learning offering.
  • You share your experience and knowledge from previous work experiences to grow 'creative' talents and support the onboarding of new joiners.
  • In close collaboration with our People Department you provide a holistic training curriculum for the creative team. You develop a training guideline to structure the training offerings and track the success and satisfaction of the delivered training.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • You are a creative professional with ideally 5+ years of experience as a creative director, art director, photographer or creative producer in the fashion and lifestyle industry and you are an expert in the field of content production
  • Experience of leading creative and project teams, creating structured workflows to elevate content production
  • You ideally have experience as an internal trainer and you bring a strong passion for people, you lead with a coaching mindset
  • Experienced in the development of training material, profound instructional skills to deliver trainings. Knowledge of all relevant creative tools.
  • Excellent communication, project-management and problem-solving skills
