YOUR TASKS

• Develop organic social media strategies that build brand awareness and drive customer engagement 
• Oversee and manage planning, reporting, and optimizations across all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & Pinterest)
• Work closely with the creative team to align on content production from concept to execution
• Work closely with ecommerce, digital marketing & merchandising to ensure timely support of key product stories and generate sales
• Work closely with the PR/influencer team to assist with communication and support influencer marketing campaigns. 
• Spot new social media trends on various platforms and bring them to life in collaboration with the brand team (e.g. Establish a TikTok strategy for the brand)
• Conduct competitive research to understand what is happening in the industry and position the aeyde brand as an innovative opinion leader within the space
• Community engagement and customer service as needed

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 3 years of social media experience
• Lives and breathes social media & is up-to-date on the latest trends
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
• Proven track record in improving and implementing processes
• Work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
• Resilience and ability to handle multiple projects at once
• Knowledge and passion for fashion, art and design
• Positive, flexible and open-minded, a true team player
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) required
