As a Made to Measure Specialist, you will be responsible for developing the Concessoins Made-To-Measure Business in terms of turnover, image and growth. Partnering with the most important business partners around and cultivating enduring relationships with our top clients. You will develop a consistent strategy with your line manager in relation to the execution of Made to Measure services and will nurture/retain the current level of Made To Measure Business in addition to generating New Business via various creative strategies.

In this role, you will:

• Consult with clients to discover their needs through exploring their preferences and requirements within their MTM consultation's.
• Perform client consultation's based around garment-fitting and alteration measurements.
• Consult with clients offering Ready-To-Wear, Made To Measure, Made To Order in both a formal and casual context.
• Develop the Ermenegildo Zegna Made-to-Measure service within the Knightsbridge area by developing key strategies, in order to help build clientele locally and internationally, acquiring the relevant information in order to utilise the also the CRM capabilities.
• Develop progressively in-depth knowledge of Zegna products, craftsmanship, fabrics, made-to-measure and style evolution; and use such knowledge to facilitate successful customer experiances.
• Solicit client feedback on the MTM service provided/promotional activities and consistantly compile feedback to provide back to the company.
• Stay aware of all competitors offering within the MTM sector based around fabrics provided, price ranges and production time frame.
• Become a Zegna Brand Ambassador , promoting all Zegna products and services.
• Provide MTM technical and sales training to colleagues.
• Analyse and report on MTM sales, financial performance and growth opportunities.
• Use your entrepreneurial mindset to identify, propose and execute MTM business opportunities.
• Project manage, partnering with Store Management and Team to implement new MTM activities.

• Has strong business acumen, complimented by a business-focused mindset.
• Is fluent in English and preferably Italian.
• Has at least 3 years of MTM Technical experience within the Menswear Luxury Sector both in Tailoring and the Leisurewear.
