JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for supporting the Retail Store Support Team to act as a single point of contact for store support queries and tasks and responsible for the planning, development and successful delivery of process improvement projects in line with the Retail Excellence Operations road map .

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a point of contact for Global Retail Stores through high quality support and advice including operational and/or process guidance, transactional tasks and activities and administrative assistance where required.
  • Support the retail network by absorbing store task and processes in order to drive in-store productivity.
  • Be a field expert in specific areas within the Retail Store Support Team as and when required.
  • Responsible for supporting the Retail Store Support Team to document, refine and simplify key store policies, processes, systems and management controls to bring efficiency and consistency to global store operations.
  • Provide scheduled and ad-hoc performance reporting to retail store management
  • Building user guides and training materials as required.
  • Providing ad-hoc store training as required
  • Performing end to end testing of store systems to ensure the 'solutions' are fit for purpose


PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact and build a rapport with all people in the business.
  • Strong time management skills with an ability to handle and prioritise multiple requests. Will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • This individual will be energetic, passionate and driven and will enjoy working with leading edge solutions and being at the forefront of technology and analysis solutions.
  • Being prepared to challenge current ways of working and looking for continual improvement
  • Flexible and capable of respond to the needs of the organisation
