Job Description

We are currently seeking an Assistant Operation as part of our dynamic team in Harrods - London .

Your opportunity

  • Support the achievement of the Store/Support Sales activities on the floor when needed
  • Support the back office administrative activities
  • Handle cashiering and payment transactions including Cash, EPS, Credit Card, Union Pay and X-store system and responsible for cashier day end closing
  • Basic data input of Clients information into CRM system/ weekly actions to check the data entered in the system for each customer and archiving them
  • Management of the warehouse to support or replace the stock keeper
  • Management of the long distance and in store daigou /buyer business through customer contact, product promotional photo editing, creation of the necessary invoicing and pro-forma bank transfer invoicing, quality control of the products selected by the customers, elaboration of reports to monitor the monthly evolution of this business
  • Full running of e-commerce business
  • Monitor performance, reporting on the weekly basis
  • Point of contact for all partners
  • Proactive uploading of newness
  • Monitoring stock levels, deliveries, top sellers, organising rebalancing
  • Collecting daily sold pieces and organising shipping to the clients
  • Reconciliation for all departments
  • New starters on boarding
  • Payroll, rota preparation to support the Managers
  • Management reporting support
  • CRM, team performance reporting support


Who you are

  • Excellent management and organizational skills, ability to adapt, strong results orientation
  • Proven ability to drive results
  • Strong communication skills and team-player mentality
  • Fluent in English
