Totême is looking for a South Korea Ecommerce Specialist to take ownership of Totême’s growth on The Hyundai platform in South Korea and the local site in Korea, toteme-studio.kr. In this role, you will lead Totême’s daily operations on The Hyundai (both entities), working closely with local and global stakeholders and partners to grow and deliver best-in-class platform/ecommerce revenue and user experience. 

The role

  • Implement the digital sales and marketing strategy for the Hyundai platform and local Korean site with a focus on monitoring and securing results
  • Manage the day-to-day operations for Totême on the Hyundai platform and on Totême’s local Korean site 
  • Work closely with the Marketing, Ecommerce and other Commercial teams on the overall marketing and communication plan for the Hyundai platform and local Korean site 
  • Align with the Brand and Marketing teams to leverage branding campaigns or promotion initiatives that lift the Hyundai platform and local Korean site traffic and sales
  • Collaborate with external partners to plan and execute key commercial activities on the Hyundai platform and local Korean site
  • Track and report on daily/weekly/monthly performance KPIs for the channel
  • Support traffic acquisition teams (internal and external) to drive paid traffic, revenue and target
  • Lead and drive the development agenda for both the Hyundai platform and local Korean site together with key team members 
  • Analyze the Hyundai platform and the local Korean site store’s free and paid traffic performance including online transactional KPIs and define strategic plans/actions to optimize the funnel accordingly
  • Oversee the Hyundai platform and the local Korean site marketing content (copy and artwork) to increase click-through/conversion rates in line with Totême’s creative guidelines and minimize returns. Flag misalignments from global communication and quickly act on changing 
  • Champion the Hyundai platform and the local Korean site to inspire internal/external stakeholders and to implement the strategic direction and vision
  • Contribute with knowledge and analysis and present proposals, briefs, plans and activities to Management and cross-functional business teams
  • Provide feedback and direction on strategies and best practices to achieve objectives and determine the path forward for the teams to execute on

Your profile

  • Experience from managing and leading the Hyundai platform and Korean online store for a strong lifestyle brand
  • Experience from working with Korean social media platforms
