As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will develop, execute and optimize B2B paid campaigns, while ensuring that our content and touchpoints are relevant for our users and aligned with our brand guidelines. You will measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns across all Zalando markets, sharing your insights with the wider business. Ultimately, your main objectives are to (1) deliver new qualified leads to our platform (2) increase awareness around the Partner Program.

To succeed, you will need to be an analytical marketing rockstar, have a strong understanding of the fashion industry and e-commerce landscape, and be able to handle multiple stakeholders simultaneously with ease.
  • You are responsible for the Partner Program performance marketing across all digital channels: SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Display.
  • Together with the Marketing lead, you define tactics, targets and budget setting for each channel and each market.
  • You make sure to handle our daily marketing budget in the most effective and efficient way.
  • You carefully evaluate touchpoints and come up with relevant optimization scenarios (copies, design, UX), with a focus on CPL and CRO.
  • You identify user trends and intent to come up with recommendations for new content production. You ensure that content is optimized for SEO as well as aligned with our brand guidelines.
  • Together with our Sales teams, you analyse our user's needs and competitive insights to derive global and local marketing tactics.
  • You compile results and provide expert analysis on ad campaigns and testing schedules to uncover learnings and insights. Regularly report to management on findings alongside suggested improvements and optimizations.
  • 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in the tech/e-commerce industry
  • Advanced knowledge of digital channels, including Search (SEO, SEM), Display (Paid Social, YouTube, Affiliation), and CRM (Emailing + Audience segmentation)
  • Project management skills. Good knowledge of agile ways of working and/or cross-functional setups
  • Highly analytical with a love for numbers and problem-solving. Adopting an efficient test and learn approach is critical for this role.
  • Deep understanding of attribution models and tracking systems
  • You are able to succinctly communicate the value, opportunities, and requirements of digital advertising initiatives to various stakeholders. When needed, you drive education about marketing topics.
  • You are a team player, well organized and comfortable steering several key projects with different stakeholders while acting as an owner & facilitator.
  • Proficiency in English. Additional European languages are a plus.
