Position Overview
The Associate, North America Media will support the North America Media team across key brand media campaigns, playing an important role within the larger North America Media & Digital Marketing team. This role is responsible for supporting the Media Director in the media planning and execution across campaigns for Polo Ralph Lauren, our Sports partnerships/properties, and Ralph Lauren Home. This fast-paced role works across print, out of home, TV, and digital media. A collaborative mindset is key, as this role will work with many different internal and external partners. The ideal candidate has a passion for media and understands the full marketing and consumer funnel. The successful candidate will exemplify organizational skills, teamwork, effective communication, creativity, and adaptability.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Maintain and share out calendar and framework of North America campaign activity for Polo Ralph Lauren, our Sports partnerships/properties (Olympics, US Open, Golf, etc), and Ralph Lauren Home.
* Partner with the media agency to help develop strategic media plans to communicate our brand message in an elevated and efficient manner.
* Assist in creative briefing and manage asset approvals and delivery across internal and external teams, ensuring alignment with media strategy.
* Close collaboration with the North America Performance Marketing team for full funnel media planning.
* Assist with the compilation of campaign recommendation presentations and campaign recaps.
* Develop a deep understanding of various reporting and ad serving tools.
* Track budget for all initiatives, including estimates, invoices and compiled media asks across the region.
* Maintain and communicate internal print schedules and updates.
* Manage and build strong relationships with cross-functional internal stakeholders, media agency teams and vendors.
* Develop a toolkit of print, OOH, and digital best practices.
* Continuously learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices, industry trends, strategies and latest developments across media landscape.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Media experience required, preferably in a retail e-commerce environment.
* Strong user of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
* Demonstrated knowledge of various paid media channels, platforms and tactics.
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to ever-changing scenarios.
* Self-motivated, proactive problem solver with proven time management and project management skills in deadline-driven environment.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must; ability to communicate detailed analyses into high level summaries for easy distribution, understanding and action. #LI-AM6
