JOB PURPOSE

This position will have a crucial impact on Burberry Japan's operational strategy by analysing and comprehending customer data to provide a better brand experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for extracting and analysing customer data to understand customer behavior and business KPIs to improve overall business performance
  • Collaborate cross functionally (Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, S&P, Operations) to make analytical recommendations regarding viable business opportunities
  • Manage a suite of analytical tools to track key KPIs and commercial performance of clients in order to utilise it for strategy and operations
  • Communicate closely with stores to share new CRM strategies and action
  • Prepare and facilitate customer events, which also includes creating reports and supporting gift allocations
  • Provide support in managing CRM cost expenditures and budgets


PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Excellent analytical skills and a commercial mindset
  • Experience in the luxury industry and retail related business preferred
  • Excel skills such as PIVOT, VLOOK and SUMIF
  • Strong communication skills to understand and communicate customer data in a concise and appropriate manner to various stakeholders
  • Fluent Japanese
  • Minimum business level English is preferred (must be able to read and write emails)
