About the Role

In this role, you will communicate risk policies and processes for Gap Inc. and oversee the enterprise's insurance and risk management program. You will plan and execute programs and initiatives in compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards and Gap Inc. policy and assess and identify any risk to the organization.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal business partners (Legal) and external business partners (claims administrators, insurers, defense attorneys, etc.)
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of risk management and insurance policies
• Participate in projects and assignments of diverse scope

Who You Are

• Knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations as related to risk management
• Time management and organization skills; able to handle multiple projects
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge and understanding of work specific to Finance and Risk Management
