To manage the supply and demand of the business focusing on new product development, delivering samples in a timely manner according to seasonal calendars and critical path timelines. Working from the UK manufacturing facility, the successful candidate will ensure the procurement and delivery of the raw materials required for the product is within agreed timescales. You will also engage with all internal and external stakeholders as required to include the receipt and distribution of raw material and inventory management.


• Procurement of Raw Material products
• Supplier management
• Stakeholder management
• Reserving Raw Materials with supplier
• Negotiating the very best lead time available, exploring all options
• Logistics
• Calculating requirements
• Sourcing suppliers of suitable products
• Obtaining critical information to allow new product set up to include, but not exhaustive of prices, capacity, lead-time, composition, country of origin
• Order management, progress updates, milestone dates
• Critical path management
• Provide input to seasonal fashion style, volumes achievable, development and delivery
• Sample order co-ordination
• Status update reporting
• Inventory management
• Undertake any other duties as applicable in order to support the smooth running of Procurement & Planning department (e.g., procurement administration) #L1-CA1


• Strong advanced Excel working knowledge
• Data analysis, numeracy
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong Organisational skills
• Able to meet deadlines
• SAP experience
• Italian speaking preferred
• Procurement experience
• Multi-tasker
