Burberry has consistently stood at the forefront of the fashion industry when it comes to Corporate Responsibility. We established our Corporate Responsibility team over 15 years ago and since then have consistently demonstrated our forward-thinking approach to sustainability and future planning.

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Responsibility Manager to be based out of our Head office in Westminster, who will build lasting partnerships with internal and external stakeholders across the globe to develop and deliver high profile corporate responsibly programmes.

You will be a specialist in waste, biodiversity, and water stewardship - ideally having worked in a similar position previously.

This is a chance for a passionate individual to help drive positive change. If you've got a demonstrable track record in this space, have worked in global organisations and can demonstrate a genuine passion for what we do, we'd love to hear from you.


  • Consulting across a variety of business functions to facilitate delivery of multiple work streams.
  • Coordinating the companies approach to waste, biodiversity and water stewardship, developing deep specialist knowledge in this area.
  • Supporting strategy and budget preparation.
  • Engaging and motivating key global colleagues and external partners to consider their approaches to the Responsibility.
  • Maintaining awareness of key developments externally in relation to Responsibility.
  • Leading on key external partnerships with globally recognised organisations.
  • Representing Burberry in working groups and forums in order to feed information back to the business and drive partnership development in line with brand strategies.


  • Strong experience and understanding of waste, biodiversity, animal welfare, water stewardship.
  • Strong data management and analytical skills.
  • Great stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects.
  • An understanding of product manufacturing, raw materials and farming.
  • A passion and understanding of sustainability issues and how to overcome them.
