POSTION SUMMARY:

The purpose of this role is to support optimization and continuous improvement of HR practices across PVH Supply Offshore operations through project managing initiatives as agreed with the VP Human Resources.

The role will also be the contact point of HR related projects and manages the internal communication processes and plans regarding corporate initiatives for PVH Supply Offshore team. The Senior Manager will be working closely with VP HR in resolving complex problems beyond the day-to-day HR operations.

This role will engage with cross-functional teams within PVH to deliver intended outcomes and solutions to achieve stated project goals.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

Project Management
  • Lead and manage large-scale projects and key initiatives across PVH Supply Offshore locations, including organization structuring, organization changes, integrations, benefits alignment and harmonization of HR policies and processes across business units.
  • Engage with business leadership, HR Leads, Cross Functional Teams to define solution strategy, requirements, solution approach, business benefits, delivery timeframes and project resources.
  • Build an effective project management, development and control process and standards in line with the company's corporate/ regional program delivery framework.
  • Lead and/ or provide support in business case development and benefit realization tracking.
  • Communicate progress throughout the HR function utilizing knowledge transfer platform (SOP, Microsoft teams, KYB, Training Materials etc.)
  • Deliver on project solutions to meet the business goals by providing support in prioritization, project execution and solution deployment/ rollout.
  • Assist with project evaluations and assessment of results.
  • Prepare and present executive summary of project approach/ solutions, progress, issues/ risks, results etc. and engage in various project steering meetings.
  • Participate as a member of the PVH Supply HR leadership team.

Internal HR Communications
  • Manage HR related communications across the company to support communications needs in disseminating critical information in a timely manner with follow-ups to assess effectiveness and determine further actions.
  • Work with executives to develop appropriate messaging, presentations and materials for managing organizational change.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain appropriate metrics to evaluate effectiveness of communications and the ability to influence behavioral change.
  • Work closely with brand and key functional partners on initiatives and where applicable, make sure internal messages are consistent.
  • Drafting, editing and execution of communications for an internal audience on a range of topics, including corporate initiatives and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education:
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Project management and/or change management accreditation a plus

Experience:
  • 8+ years' experience in business consulting or in driving business transformation projects
  • Excellent track record of directly managing and implementing large scale projects in complex, world-class organizations
  • Leading and facilitating solution design to meet business requirements
  • Managing projects with cross-functional teams across multiple countries to meet deadlines and project goals
  • Building and maintaining structured data to track and revise/update as appropriate

Skills:
  • Strong organization skills with an eye for details, able to work under pressure and adhere to project timelines while juggling more than one project at a time
  • Leading and driving project management skills to achieve business outcomes
  • Excellent presentation skills; strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Able to work with minimal supervision with a clear sense of when to escalate issues
  • Ability to engage participants, establish credibility at senior levels, and effective in building trust based working relationships with business and HR communities
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Project management (PMP certified preferred)
  • Proven success in managing teams and working effectively in teams
  • Excellent skill in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint (MS Project/ Visio preferred)
