Job Title: Senior Manager, Business Transformation
Primary Purpose:
- Create and execute a well-defined project plan for Acceleration or Special Projects and schedule with tasks and resource assignments, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Maintain & issue the project management work flow document to key stakeholders
- Ensure timely completion and appropriate implementation of projects by scheduling weekly project team meetings throughout the process, leading risk management within the project team
- Where needed, create or maintain project dashboard to communicate pilots / interventions / sprints currently underway and those on the backlog, with their priority according to the overall business objectives
- Develop effective communication materials and establish cadence/forum to inform the cross-functional teams about project progress, roadmaps and key deliverables
- Develop presentation materials for workshops, project sponsor check-ins and leadership updates
- Lead and facilitate discussions with key stakeholders to align on, document and communicate process steps, decision rights, roles and responsibilities and meeting charters for key cross-functional touchpoints/handoffs
- Identify and document impact to process and roles & responsibilities, working with project teams to regularly evaluate and address where there is risk in successfully embedding new ways of working
- Support the buildout/enhancement of toolkit for teams that include: process maps / flow charts, meeting charters, role charters, use cases for new tools / methodologies, training materials for any systems
