We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the Design and Development team at CRAIG GREEN. The successful candidate should be self-motivated, organised and looking to develop their skills within a dynamic and fast-paced creative environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for executing the product development cycle, from initial concept through to production handover, following the seasonal calendar
  • Assist the PD team with the delivery of prototypes and samples on time, to the quality standard, and within cost price range, achieving the target margin
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with factories, develop a strong working knowledge of each factory’s capabilities and availability to meet demands
  • Ensure deadlines are adhered to and that all prototype/sample issues are resolved and driven to completion
  • Launch product to suppliers, becoming the main point of contact for all development communication
  • Organise all CMT trim and material orders for sampling
  • Update development and budget trackers and make them available for weekly meetings to ensure calendar dates and timelines are being adhered to
  • Support on special projects, made in house, capsules and collaborations as required 
  • Act as the technical partner between design and development, attend fittings, provide feedback on technical feasibility and ensure the design vision is translated into product
  • Partake in ongoing risk assessment (product, fabric and trims) during the development process and be proactive in taking actions as a result, collaborating with the production team
  • Support production follow-ups at factories, technical requirements of all proto and samples in preparation for production
  • Accountable for ensuring Zedonk is kept updated with 100% accuracy at all times
  • Travel to factories, suppliers and trade shows as necessary to execute and follow through on brand strategies


  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Good CAD skills
  • Thorough knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Zedonk
  • Good technical knowledge of wovens and knitwear
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task 
  • Ability to work well in a team setting as well as independently
