JOB PURPOSE
A fantastic opportunity to join our Supply Planning team based in our Horseferry House HQ.
As a supply planner, your role will be to engage with our vendors, translating our demand plans to ensure that we deliver products on-time whilst minimizing waste and offering flexibility within the supply chain. It will be a cross functional position, working on Hard Accessories.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Building the supply plan in collaboration with demand planning, merchandising & sourcing teams
• Analysis and challenging of demand, trends explanation and risks identification
• Identifying capacity bottle-necks with vendors/suppliers & the opportunities to resolve
• Prepare and coordinate S&OP meetings for vendors and categories
• Maintaining the system and the data and looking to improve data provided
• Looking to continuously improve ways of working & data management
• Participating in vendor performance analysis
• Prepare updates for weekly production meetings
• Participate in vendor performance analysis each season
• Partner with Product Development and Engineering Raw Materials on fit approval dates required by production calendar #L1-CA1
PERSONAL PROFILE
• High proficiency in data management / Excel
• Analytical skills
• Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English essential
• Supply Planning, Demand Planning, manufacturing experience in various industries
• Fluent in Italian would be advantageous
• Experience with SAP would be advantageous
