JOB SUMMARY

Supporting the Senior Manager of Content Marketing Operations, this role will specialize in the outreach and aggregation of all e-commerce global assortments from ECNA and global buyers to ensure the product assortment and delivery data is accurate for the Creative Operations and Studio team to action upon each season.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

Project Manage Annual and Seasonal Content Planning & Briefing
  • Work with the Sr. Manager, Content Marketing to identify all annual and seasonal content needs from Global Integrated Marketing stakeholders, including Campaigns, E-Commerce and Digital Marketing, Retail, Wholesale and Licensing partners
  • Partner with Creative Operations & Studio to deliver seasonal assortment/shot list according to the production timeline seasonally.
  • Prepare shot lists and check against available assortment, and in cases where current product sample is not able to be shot in time, trigger Merchandising and Product teams to review other samples that are available.
  • Manage delivery of all content production briefs to Creative Operations, ensuring all briefs are complete and delivered on-time through the proper systems
  • Build detailed shot lists for each production, including product details and marketing channel usage
  • Clearly communicate to Creative Operations real-time shifts in deliverables based on product sell through, inventory availability, or strategic shifts in the business priorities
  • Maintain continuous knowledge and status on all content production briefs and shot lists, act as the liaison between Integrated Marketing, eComm teams and Global Buyers and Site teams, Merchandising, and Creative Ops & Studio on all content production briefs and shot lists

Apply Strategic Lens to Planning & Problem Solving
  • Continuously audit assortments briefs for duplicate or redundant requests to drive operational efficiencies / cost savings wherever possible
  • Proactively identify and quickly resolves obstacles in the planning and briefing process
  • Assess holistic content needs for season and make recommendations on the assortment data in partnership with global buyers and product marketing team. production approach based on brief requirements and deliverables


Education + Prior Experience
  • A dual strategic/operational mindset in regards to database & content management; able to see and solve for the big picture while tactically managing to deadlines and aggregating content needs efficiently
  • Creative problem solver eager to find solutions to business and brand challenges
  • A deep understanding of the creative process, and an ability to effectively collaborate with global business creative partners
  • Strong Excel and database skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to thrive amidst ambiguity
  • BA/BS or relevant experience
  • 2+ Years of relevant experience in project management, data management, or operations
