JOB SUMMARY

The Associate, Partner Marketing will work as a key player on the Integrated Marketing team and in partnership with the North America Sales team, support brand marketing and ecommerce efforts for Tory Burch's business partners. This person will lead the print, loyalty/in-store marketing, social media, and influencer components of key wholesale campaigns; own the seasonal content production process with internal cross-functional partners, and support with any department administrative needs including budget management and meeting coordination.

JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support brand marketing and ecommerce efforts for Tory Burch's wholesale partners:
    • Partner with Senior Manager, Partner Marketing on managing the planning, execution, and recapping of seasonal marketing campaigns aligned to strategic objectives
    • Manage the end-to-end process for any wholesale print marketing projects
    • Oversee any wholesale in-store marketing needs (signage, evites, VIP loyalty initiatives, etc.)
    • Lead all social and influencer campaigns with wholesale partners
    • Manage creative briefing process for wholesale digital marketing needs (paid social, site/email, etc.)
  • Coordinate with Creative partners on seasonal content production needs to support key marketing initiatives:
    • Create map and brief seasonal content needs for wholesale and licensing initiatives
    • Ensure key marketed products are added to partners' buys, reconcile with Sales team as needed
    • Ensure that wholesale and licensing content needs are delivered on-time
  • Oversee paid and organic editorial marketing with wholesale partners:
    • Track all partner editorial requests from sample request to execution
    • Coordinate with manager and wholesale Account Executives to confirm participation and product selection
    • Partner with Sales Assistants to ensure that correct samples are sent to partners for editorial programs
  • Support Manager, Wholesale Ecommerce Marketing to monitor e-wholesale experience on an ongoing basis, identify issues, and solve in partnership with wholesale accounts:
    • Partner with Manager, Wholesale Ecommerce Marketing on digital activations and ecommerce evolution
    • Review partners' ecommerce sites on an ongoing basis to ensure best representation of the brand
    • Identify any issues and define recommendation to address them
    • Support with seasonal editorial imagery and copy sharing
  • Support meeting facilitation, cross-functional coordination, and budget management
    • Assist Senior Manager, Partner Marketing in planning and reconciling the wholesale marketing budget
    • Manage budget for print/social/influencer projects along with photography and shoot needs and ensure programs are adequately funded
    • Support with ad hoc meeting set-up and recaps


EXPERIENCE
  • 2+ years of experience at a relevant fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brand
  • Experience within the US department store landscape is a plus
  • Strong understanding of influencer and social media marketing (especially on emerging platforms, Tiktok, etc.) as well as cultural fluency
  • Demonstrated ability to lead successful programs, from strategic development to implementation and analysis
  • Highly organized, with meticulous attention to details and deadlines
  • Strong analytical, project management and communication skills
  • Self-starter with a hands-on approach, good instincts for prioritization and the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to identify and develop relationships with key internal and external partners
