Reporting to the Partner Success Team Manager, you are expected to manage key partners of our business. You will work with clients and our teams to help implement adequate technical solutions to address client's challenges or requests, through BAU interactions and projects for the clients roadmap. You are expected to monitor and influence operational KPI results, contributing to excellent operational performance and ensuring you promote opportunities for our client's growth and operational improvement and expansion.


    • Be our client's main point of contact for key Operations-related topics
    • Be the internal voice of partners from an operational perspective
    • You will promote medium to long-term strategy conversations with clients about (>1year)
    • Monitor Client's KPI's across a broad range of metrics
    • Develop medium to long-term strategy plans maximizing partner's performance
    • Lead on the internal investigation and resolution of operational issues affecting our client's operation
    • Manage a portfolio of client requests, BAU projects, roadmap planning and discovery projects


    • 4+ years experience, (preferably in E-commerce operations, Retail or B2B services)
    • Understanding of business concepts such as P&L and how operational efficiencies can affect it
    • Experienced in process optimization, organization and planning
    • Experienced in analytics and ability to extract, interpret and story tell data
    • Experienced in implementing successful strategies and achieving ROI and other measures of success
    • Someone who works with teams across Farfetch, with autonomy
    • Experienced in negotiation, with commercial sense
    • Fluent written and spoken English (C level)
    • Knowledgeable in Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and G-suite tools (Slides)
    • Knowledgeable in project management practices
