About the Role

In this role, you will be accountable for end to end operational activities starting from Purchase Order Handling, to Analytics, and Process improvement. Your team, the Sourcing Ops & Analytics Team, is the cross-category operations arm of the Merchandisers of Gap International Sourcing.

What You'll Do

• Own operational activities end-to-end including Purchase Order Handling and corresponding data analysis
• Be accountable for systems related Merchandising operations support across Gap Inc Brands managing multiple geographies in different time zones
• Deliver quality & timely results to meet or exceed service levels
• Support initiatives to improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the company's mission and vision geared towards operational excellence
• Listen and ask questions to solicit feedback to understand needs and provide solutions
• Handle unique or complex customer interactions
• Performing data analysis on large data sets

Who You Are

• Proven success in a process driven role highly driven by adherence to service levels with a business qualification
• Able to work proactively with different levels of stakeholders across multiple time zones
• Proven analytical skills, ability to deliver results in a highly agile and ambiguous environment
• Well versed with MS-Excel and MS-Powerpoint
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Knowledge of analytics dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
• Research process or transaction flow to identify root cause of errors
