The Performance Strategist provides media strategy and consultation to our strategic partner consultancy teams and partner brands. Working closely alongside the Branding Strategists and our Media Activation team, they make decisions about how client goals are achieved. The team is responsible for transforming client challenges of our partners into strategies via in-depth consumer and media knowledge.

As a senior member of the ZMS Integrated Marketing team, you will have the ability to think creatively and push boundaries as well as build client confidence in Media and advocate the skill set within the team. Naturally, you are a team player who excels in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Transforming strategic business challenges into campaign objectives and establishing media purpose for mid and large size campaigns
  • Establishing deep knowledge of consumer research and market insights to deliver data-driven solutions on specific brand challenges
  • Presenting sustainable media strategies to internal stakeholders to get buy-in, and to clients in strategy pitches
  • Understanding the key digital platforms and their advantages and be able to combine these with insights from market research, audience insights, technology, and fashion trends
  • Collaborating with the business development, consumer insights, and strategic partner consultancy and creative teams to deliver across key projects
What we are looking for:
  • 5+ years experience in digital marketing (performance & branding) and media planning at a media agency. Previous online publisher or retailer experience is a plus.
  • Strong digital media/industry knowledge (key players and market mechanisms) along with proven understanding and prior experience with media research and planning tools for digital channels.
  • Experience in campaign optimization across digital channels with a focus on paid social, online video, programmatic and other media buying opportunities. Understanding of traditional media channels is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client relationship building skills, experience in building a strong network of internal and external partnerships to drive business impact.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English is mandatory.
