Founded in 1856 by Thomas Burberry, Burberry is a global luxury brand with a distinctly British attitude. We are a global business with an extensive network of both owned and franchised stores across EMEIA, Asia Pacific and Americas. We are digital pioneers, and innovative technology underpins every aspect of our business, from product design to distribution and marketing. We believe that modern luxury means being socially and environmentally responsible; this mindset is core to our business and key to our long-term success.

We direct, we encourage, we support - we are diplomats.

We bring individuals together as a team, to make things happen - leading, empowering, planning, facilitating and communicating. Relationships are core to the success of our role, as is a keen eye for detail and an inquiring mind.

We understand whats needed from a strategic, creative and technical perspective and balance the needs of the project, business and team to deliver. We have attention to detail around who to involve, when to involve them, how to get it done, how much it will cost and when it could be delivered.

We are solutions orientated and help the team and stakeholders overcome issues. We are great communicators and interact cross functionally with all departments to manage dependencies; being comfortable adapting and navigating conversations with a broad spectrum of people, to create clarity.

We are the hub of knowledge and source of truth for a project; managing expectations, anticipating and resolving issues, and helping others see the wider picture.

We challenge protocol and are entrepreneurial in getting to the best outcome for the project. We both take risks, and mitigate them - and learn from whats been before, proactively evolving ways of doing things, and stretching ourselves as we go.
