We challenge protocol and are entrepreneurial in getting to the best outcome for the project. We both take risks, and mitigate them - and learn from whats been before, proactively evolving ways of doing things, and stretching ourselves as we go.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project leading new incentives, campaigns, and innovations in the Creative Tech and Digital innovation space.
  • Defining briefs with stakeholders; making sure objectives, direction and design specifications are communicated across the teams involved.
  • Facilitating meetings with key stakeholders, ensuring progress is being made across all projects, deadlines are achieved by all those involved and the high quality expectations asked of by the business stakeholders are met.
  • Ensuring the team operates in an efficient/profitable way to deliver the highest quality of creative output.
  • Communicating effectively across all teams so they are clear on scope and deadlines.
  • Communicating any risks in delivery or major issues to stakeholders and work to create a resolve.
  • Liasing with Marketing, Creative and IT, facilitating conversation with all relevant leaders and ensure briefs are approved and prioritised across the team.
  • Ensuring that content requirements are captured at the right moment in the process and shared with relevant teams.
  • Ensuring content delivery is on time and on brief.
  • Supporting in arranging and facilitating workshops.
  • Work with 3rd Parties and set up new vendors.


PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Previous experience in a project management role.
  • Good comprehension of business logics and needs.
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills combined with the ability to lead group discussions
  • Good analytical skills and detail-orientation.
  • Excellent team working and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility and goal orientation.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of agile practices and project management tools.
