JOB PURPOSE

To attract and select candidates

To manage the day to day delivery of recruitment activities and to ensure that agreed metrics are met and adhered to, driving a continuous improvement mind-set

To be a brand ambassador, providing a luxury candidate and Hiring Manager experience, delivering to the highest quality, every day

Act as the SME on delivering activities relating to Attracting, Sourcing, Screening, Assessment, Pipelining, and Offer

Reduce our Cost per Hire

RESPONSIBILITIES

To effectively recruit high calibre candidates within a specific region or function, including Briefing, attraction, sourcing, screening, interview and offer management

Manage the complete lifecycle of the candidate journey -

Effectively attract, source and match candidates to positions

Advertise roles as required in the most appropriate way to attract candidates - Linkedin, job boards etc

Telephone screen/video interview all shortlisted applicants

Coordinate, present and conduct competency and Strength based candidate interviews

Organise interviews where required

Organise, manage and carry out assessment centres/open days

Manage the offer process

Develop a talent pool of candidates and effectively source and match candidates to positions

Develop talent maps of potential candidates or competitor mapping to assist with talent pooling and engagement of passive candidates

Utilise internal and external benchmarks, partnering with HRBP, TAM and Reward COE in relation to the appropriate remuneration to be extended when offering to potential hires within the designated client group.

Partner with the Reward and Recognition COE on visa applications; mobility and secondments.

End to end recruitment of adhoc roles assigned by the TAM for defined client groups

Contribute to ad hoc TA projects as required.

Ensure accurate employee records are kept via the appropriate system

Work closely with Hiring Managers during the recruitment process to ensure the right candidate is recruited

Ensure delivery of high customer satisfaction ratings by processing hiring requests timely and accurately

Continuous improvement

Apply understanding of business process to identify gaps and propose continuous improvements

Work closely with the TA Advisors, TA Managers and the wider TA Team to understand root causes and represent process procedures, practical implications and exceptions

Link in with external peer networks to keep TA knowledge relevant and up to date

PERSONAL PROFILE

Degree qualified Preferred but not essential

A clear understanding of Recruitment processes and standards relevant to own disciplin

Recruitment experience within an established internal and/or external recruitment function

Exceptional MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Sound administration experience

Able to speak at least one other language fluently - preferred but not essential

Expert sourcing skills through agency and in-house experience, which have been used to find candidates not on Linkedin and through Job Ads.

Experience of engaging with Passive candidates using a varied Sourcing methods

Proven ability to strategically map companies and functions

Experience of developing and effectively hiring from Talent Pools

Experience of using innovative approaches to source, attract and build talent pools

Proven stakeholder management skills

Have a strong understanding of external best practice and trends in Talent Acquisition

Delivering a luxury candidate and Hiring Manger experience, with a focus on quality and efficienc
