About the role:

Working closely with our Accounting Team and key cross functional business partners, you will be responsible for inventory data management and entry, creating journal entries, account reconciliations, assist with three-way matching, support our cycle count process at the warehouse and store locations, support the year-end audit process, manage ad-hoc projects and reporting activities.


    • Help streamline inventory-close process.
    • Prepare and upload inventory transaction into the accounting system.
    • Review and reconcile inventory transfers and adjustments.
    • Support the Merchandise AP team with reconciliations and 3-way match.
    • Track, report and resolve errors and inventory discrepancies.
    • Perform reconciliation between our WMS and the general ledger.
    • Find ways to improve process through automation.
    • Work with the warehouse team to resolve issues surrounding inventory; i.e. receiving, put-away and transfers from the warehouse to our store locations.
    • Support the external audit process.


    • Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
    • Experience with NetSuite a plus.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Excel.
    • Highly motivated and able to thrive under pressure.
    • Team player, with a positive attitude, who is pro-active and owns accountability.
    • BA/BS or equivalent.
    • 3-5 years of inventory accounting experience.
