TOKYO

Our Tokyo office is positioned in the central fashion district, Harajuku / Omotesando, where Japanese street trends flourish. Our modern office has a fantastic view of Tokyo, where Farfetchers can enjoy the dynamic city landscape. It's home to our Japan-based Business Development, Marketing and Partner Services teams.

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for supporting our team of Private Client Stylists in Japan, as well as developing your own relationships with a small portfolio of reseller clients, to support the team's operation, online/offline campaign planning needs and contribute to our growth and ambition to be the number one luxury fashion player. You will develop a unique skillset as you drive client loyalty through a variety of selling activities and assist with client inquiries and product searches, to ensure a seamless, exceptional luxury shopping experience for our private clients. You will report to the Private Client Manager in Japan.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Private Client Stylist(VIP顧客担当スタイリスト)のチームを様々な形でサポートする営業事務/アシスタントのポジションになります。

1. 売上等のデータの取りまとめ(40%)

売上・KPIなどのデータ整理(Looker, Salesforce等のシステムやExcelからデータを抽出し加工)

伝票明細の作成(Looker, Salesforce等のシステムや商品画像などから情報を取得し加工)

2. Private Client(VIP顧客)のお客様対応の一部(20%)

シーズン毎のマーケティングメールの作成・配信

Private Clientチーム宛てのお問合せ対応、VIP顧客限定サービスのサポート対応など

3. Private Clientチーム/スタイリストのサポート(20%)

オペレーションマニュアルの作成・更新

商品の梱包サポート、発送手配、返品対応

商品のお届けまでのフォローアップ

Private Clientチームの経費精算、備品の補充など

4. イベント・プロジェクト時のサポート(20%)

ギフティング企画の進行サポート、お取引先対応(Private Client Marketing)

VIPサロン(Tokyo Suite)へのお客様ご来訪時のセッティング補助、商品のアイロンがけなど

イベントのご招待状の作成・送付、お問合せ対応、アポイントメントや売上の集計

イベント用の備品準備や買い出し、当日の接客サポート

WHO YOU ARE

Microsoft Office (又はGoogle Workspace)を用いた資料作成の経験(Excel, Power Point, Word)

Excelを用いたデータ処理・加工の経験(基本的な関数、Vlookup、Pivotなど)※経験はなくても構わないが、就業開始後すぐに習得する必要あり

日本語ネイティブレベル

英語ビジネスレベル(主に読み書き:海外オフィスの社員とメールやチャットのやり取りができる、英語の資料を理解できるレベル。スピーキングは不要。)

オフィスでの事務経験必須

Salesforceなどの顧客管理システムやツールの操作経験があれば尚可

ファッション業界での経験や知識があれば尚可

優先順位を付けてマルチタスクを遂行できる、チームプレーヤー
