About the Role

In this role, you will be accountable to manage all in seasonal print development on our assigned fabric and new novelty print techniques.
It will also build good relationship with our US counterpart and our fabric mills in order to get our desirable results on all print development.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with mills/printers to drive print s/off on time on all in-seasonal print development.
  • Work with fabric mills/printer to provide new printing techniques
  • Build good relationship and trust with our US counterpart and mill to have smooth transition and execution on print development process.
  • Provide technical advice and knowledge to US counterpart and mills to drive the print approval on time.
  • Develop communication skills to exchange complex information
  • Keep monitoring print development progress by update our print matrix record correctly and on-time.


Who You Are

  • Proven success in applying fully functional professional knowledge in printing process.
  • Ability to drive results through planning and prioritizing along with influencing others and providing recommendations & solutions
  • Anticipate operational/program issues and develops preventative measures
