We sell our pyjamas predominantly through our website and in the top retailers around the world (places like Selfridges and Net-a-Porter). After an exciting year of phenomenal growth, we’re continuing to build our Marketing team, to build on this growth and further improve our online business.

Role Summary

We are growing fast, and we’re looking for a Creative Operations Manager to join our team! Reporting to our Head of Marketing, and working closely with our creative team to understand marketing requirements and manage our freelance and full-time creative resources working to bring creative work you're proud of to marketing, on time and on budget. 

 

Project & Team Management

  • Develop, implement and manage a creative critical path, aligning to a content plan to ensure D&D’s content is delivered on time and to brief
  • Manage the team of D&D’s internal creative team and external freelance creative partners
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to build a team that becomes an ‘in-house creative studio’
  • Once concepts and briefs are approved, brief the in house and external creative teams and plan the teams’ resourcing across projects
  • Ensure the creative output is consistent and in line with the objectives and deliverables briefed
  • Reacting to new opportunities and/or challenges based on marketing performance
  • Accountable for delivery of projects on time and on budget by leveraging multiple skillsets, so must be able to understand the needs of each team, and balance these to ensure delivery is running effectively. 
 
 

Production

  • Manage the creative content budget
  • Production of The Sunday Paper, working closely with the editor and art director
  • Production of all D&D editorial and commercial photoshoots

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in creative production and/or project management role or similar
  • Experience in managing a team and resource planning
  • Ability to identify efficiencies in process and ensure optimal ways of working
  • Excellent time management and ability to use your time where it adds the most value
  • Excellent at interrogating strategic briefs, rationalising complex information, providing clarity on dependencies to teams
  • Hold first class interpersonal skills through presentations and written communications
  • Proactive and capable of driving the project forwards in a positive way - with a hunger for inspiring change and operational improvement.
