Digital Marketing Manager

We are a small team working closely together, from design, to PR/marketing, and sales.

We are looking for a top-class digital marketing manager to take Sanne to the next level.  We have ambitious international aspirations as part of an energising transformation agenda and engaging the best talent will be the key to our success

Position Summary: 

Responsible for managing, planning and budgeting a marketing strategy for social media and e-commerce globally. Leading coordination of a marketing campaign, planning and reporting to maximise and drive sales across all product categories including bespoke garments, ready-to-wear collections and furniture. Developing and executing the media strategies, maximising marketing campaigns ensuring optimal brand exposure and increasing sales.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Ecommerce/Social Media/Digital Marketing

  • Define marketing strategies and activations for all bespoke clothing, RTW, and interior furnishing products to drive brand marketing activities with a forward thinking approach
  • Focus on in-store and e-commerce marketing amplifying opportunities with retail partners and increase sales
  • Fully comprehensive understanding of SEO, PPC, Paid social, facebook adds manager, and be able to direct and manage the agencies that run these.
  • Plan, manage and improve campaigns, measuring results and ROI
  • Leveraging information and data to drive strategic campaigns, proactively proposing new marketing ideas and activations
  • Alignment with the buying team to plan optimized timing of actions/pushes
  • Writing weekly e-mail newsletters
  • Collaborating with creatives, leading and inspiring integrated ideas to ensure maximum impact for all existing products
  • Manage and execute day to day marketing activities
  • Media planning and collaboration with relevant agencies
  • Ensure focus and alignment for all marketing activities
  • Management of the brand marketing calendar
  • Development of seasonal guidelines for specific initiatives, channel planning with teams
  • Develop potential partnerships with key people /celebrities and influencers
  • Creation and publication of all marketing materials in line with marketing plans
  • Support in management of brand collaboration
  • Marketing budget management - ensure all campaigns are forecast correctly and delivered within budget
  • Monitoring of marketing budget with monthly reviews of spend/projected spend

 

 

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Knowledge and interest in digital marketing with previous marketing analytics experience
  • Solid project management skills and proven effectiveness at managing initiatives from briefing to completion
  • Ability to translate varied inputs including market data, customer and executive insights, and broad industry research into actionable programs
  • Measure ROI & KPI’s across all digital efforts in partnership with the Insights team
  • Collate and analyze campaign performance across channels
  • Oversee digital partnership tracking documents, ensuring timely updates and accurate read-outs
  • Evaluate new channels and technologies and keep up with latest in digital marketing
  • Comfortable working with 1st and 3rd party research tools to identify, synthesize, and present digital marketing trends
  • Develop competitor tracking analysis and make recommendations on improvements
  • Understand marketing and advertising technology in order to develop segmentation, targeting and measurement strategies
