Head of Communications 

ANEST COLLECTIVE is searching for a key leader to take in charge of all the Marketing and PR activities in Europe, from the annual strategy, budget planning and activation calendar to the end results. 

An exciting opportunity to be a central part of the development of a new luxury brand; to help drive the awareness and notoriety in Europe and beyond. Working directly with the founders and the contributing creative director on the creation of directional and artful brand communications for the brand’s global platforms. To be a key part of a team defining the business strategy, this role will focus on setting communications at centre to drive community awareness    

Accountabilities: 

    • Develop a clear 360 brand communications strategy that will help the brand raise awareness in Europe and support the development of the brand in China. Key marketing leader in developing brand campaigns. Executing integrated marketing and communications strategies.
    • Develop bespoke projects with media owners and KOLs that will always be reflect the brand values and deliver stand-out in a crowded market 
    • Develop a 2-year plan to establish an office and showroom for the brand in London 
    • Work collaboratively with the internal team and external agencies, such as art directors, content creators, merchandisers, media buyers and press and influencer relations.   
    • Manage the European marketing budget to ensure alignment and ROI 
    • Develop the concepts and activation plans for unique events that will bring the brand alive to its key audiences 
    • Lead a data-driven marketing strategy, including the end-state vision of how we use consumer data and insight to drive segmentation, targeting, messaging, and CRM.
    • Innovate with new media marketing tactics; social, digital, CRM and direct response. Utilize and develop industry influencer relationships to drive these tactics.
    • Collect and analyse global market information, drawing conclusions on market trends and customer dynamics, and defining opportunities for ANEST COLLECTIVE.
    • Manage the work of the PR and Brand Manager setting clear objectives and working with her to create plans and  
    • Liaise closely with the senior PR strategist in their management of the appointed PR agencies. 
    • Build strong partnerships and establish credibility with the internal team, based upon a demonstrated collaborative approach, leadership skills, and experience.
    • Represent the brand at key events in the worlds of fashion, art and design building a network of creatives and contacts that can understand and value the brand.  

 The Ideal Candidate

10+ years of experience in a multi-channel luxury marketing role Demonstrated ability to lead successful campaigns, from strategic development to implementation and analysis.

A creative communications director who works both creatively and strategically – with the LEFT and RIGHT brain! 

Experience in managing and overseeing budgets Highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused.

A candidate with a deep interest and sensitively for contemporary art and design and for poetic image making and the development of creative communication events.   

A results-driven individual who can bring in clear and structured reporting systems and set and deliver clear KPIs on all actions. An entrepreneurial spirit – who can support the founders in the development of the business.
