This position will leverage data mining and analysis to recommend a customer lifecycle contact strategy, to extend our customer lifetime, lower churn levels, increase up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring the right balance of creative and analytical skills, be enthusiastic about both brainstorming our next lifecycle campaign and measuring its performance.

  • Leads lifecycle marketing strategies for all brands; inclusive of retention, reactivation, assimilation and customer growth strategies across all brands.
  • Conducts data mining using state-of-the-art methods to drive optimization and improvement of marketing techniques and business strategies.
  • In partnership with brand strategy and CRM, recommends customer contact strategies that drive customer engagement.
  • Partners with CRM, brand marketing and measurement to design, plan and execute lifecycle campaigns promoting a test, measure & learn culture.
  • Uses analytical data to continuously test, measure and optimize the lifecycle program ensuring these continue to meet the delivery and key business metrics; cancels churn, retention, share of wallet & customer satisfaction.
  • Works cross-functionally to gather insights which will improve marketing efforts.
  • Communicates results and ideas to key decision makers.

Required Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required; Major in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, , Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • 7+ years of experience lifecycle marketing, analytics and manipulating data sets
  • 5+ years' experience with marketing campaign segmentation, targeting design, execution tools, framework. Strategic mindset designing customer journeys and touch points preferred
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in retail
  • Experience with SAS/SQL programming in the execution of data analysis
  • Experience with BI reporting platforms such as, BO, Powe BI, Tableau or equivalent.
  • Ability to program in newer and emerging languages such as R and Python; working knowledge of Hadoop and other big data technologies
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
