Areas of responsibilities:

  • Full Marketing responsibility for the Child Safety Business unit including budget
  • Develop a Marketing Product Launch Calendar with clear project priorisation and dedicated scope/budget
  • Develop a Marketing (and especially PR and Social Media) strategy for the Child Safety division that goes beyond pure product driven communication, cementing CYBEX’ role as the industry leader
  • Representing Child Safety Marketing in GTM Team ensuring 360° view and alignment on Child Safety Marketing Projects across all departments, e.g. PMK, Campaign, Trade, Digital, PR, SM etc
  • Co-create the Business Epic for Child Safety products and assure comprehensive toolboxes are available for all CS products, taking on market feedback or special market situations (e.g. USA)
  • Increase qualitative and quantitative output of Child Safety assets, setting CYBEX on the path of becoming a leading content platform for parents when it comes to the Safety of their Child
  • Together with the digital team drive the digital transformation of the Business Unit capitalizing on the arising opportunities (e.g. product registration, direct marketing etc)
  • With support of the product (marketing) functions develop an increasingly user centric marketing approach.
  • In close collaboration with VP Marketing set up a team structure and ensure the roles are hired timely and according to the needs of the Child Safety Marketing Team
  • Create a professional work environment that enables the team to fulfill their individual job roles, grow as part of a team and build the foundation for Child Safety Marketing to become successful entity within the BU and CYBEX


Your profile of qualification:

  • Several years of experience in a similar position in an agency/company
  • Strong creative campaign & stakeholder management experience
  • Work independently but also have the ability to be a part of a team environment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with passion for problem solving skills
  • Familiarity with all phases of projects, potential issues, and proven history of successful product campaign launches
  • Creative eye for detail in preparation of design presentation materials
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills especially in English
