You areas of responsiblities:

  • Lead and drive further global E-Commerce development including optimization and growth in existing markets (USA, EMEA)
  • E-Commerce business analysis to optimize performance and drive growth throughout the E-Commerce supply chain
  • Alignment with all internal stakeholders to ensure that strategic business development, international E-Commerce growth and business targets are understood¬†
  • Creation, shape, implementation and management of localized end-to-end E-Commerce strategies by leading a team of regional E-Commerce managers¬†
  • Development of regional rollout and growth initiatives and measurements as well as tracking of their success
  • Annual and quarterly commercial sales planning and review
  • Interface with senior executive leaders across various functions to collect strategic input and create alignment for E-Commerce roadmap against significant investments
  • Assist Vice President E-Commerce with corporate governance meeting updates (i.e. meetings of Board of Directors, shareholders and company events); Preparation and lead of sales planning and review meetings and platforms

 

Your profile of qualification:

  • Several years of progressive global E-Commerce business experience, with relevant experience in an industry online marketing or E-Commerce capacity (lifestyle brand or fashion industry)
  • Extensive leadership experience; demonstrated ability to lead and innovate across teams and organizations
  • A degree in a relevant field such as E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Economics or similar
  • Strong specialist knowledge and management experience encompassing the entire E-Commerce value-added chain
  • Strong analytical knowledge ideally paired with the ambition and flexibility to build something new from scratch
  • Experience in leading large customer initiatives with measurable business impact
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills to align stakeholders and team members
  • Fluent English language skills (German would be a plus) and willingness to travel between our Bayreuth HQ and our Munich Office
