Your areas of responsibilities: 

  • All administrative and secretarial support, proactive management of VP diary bookings, and priorities of calendars, meetings, and requests
  • Proactive set up of key marketing meetings for the VP (including technical readiness of rooms, remote linkages including agendas)
  • Support in creation of strategic presentations as well as weekly collation of market data, financial reports, etc.
  • Act as a business “sparring partner” for the VP Marketing, providing challenging thoughts and insights that can help improve the business operations
  • Travel organization and effective assistance in time management of the VP and her leadership team
  • Learn and understand the business processes in order to be able to record notes, issue follow up requests and publish any pertinent next steps from VP led Marketing meetings
  • Act as a right hand of the VP Marketing and help with the transition to Germany 

 

Your profile of qualification:

  • Previous Personal Assistant or office clerk experience essential or similar education 
  • Strong emotional intelligence, diplomacy approach in dealing with sensitive and confidential information
  • Highly organized way of working paired with strong ability to work under pressure 
  • Ability to establish strong relationships across the business as well as passionate about working with people
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills in English
