You will manage the delivery and ongoing evolution of the global Farfetch employer brand strategy to enhance our reputation as a brand people dream to be a part of. You will develop an outstanding externally-facing employer brand positioning through all channels, ensuring that Farfetch's People Promise is brought to life, including the development and upgrade of the careers website, manage social media channels, and strategic partnerships/sponsorships and attendance at appropriate events


    • Work on the content plan of all our external-facing employer brand channels and develop the appropriate tactics to enhance our external brand profile,
    • Implement engaging campaigns and develop communication assets for employees' engagement with the brand (e.g. events, celebrations, campaigns), with the support of the design team
    • Implement employee advocacy programs and campaigns, managing an existing program with over 100 brand ambassadors
    • Ensure seamless integration and planning of content to Farfetchers, including a consistent tone of voice
    • Implement an external plan to raise the profile of Farfetch People initiatives, including liaison with relevant workplace publications, entry for appropriate industry awards, and manage end-to-end our podcast FARFETCH Threads
    • Work with the Recruiting team, wider People team and many other relevant stakeholders to ensure that the People Promise and our Employer Brand is used throughout the candidate experience, also tools, techniques and sourcing strategies to attract and build candidate pipelines.
    • Implement appropriate methods to assess employee and public perception of our employer brand, alongside a review of our competitors, to track the impact of our activations (tracking and reporting)


    • Educated to degree level, in Marketing, Digital Social Media, or PR, Social Communications
    • Over 3 years of experience in a communications or employer brand role, building a powerful employer brand and enhancing the employee experience is required.
    • Experienced in embeding the tone of voice in our multiple communications, adapting to the different audiences
    • Project management skills
    • A media/digital enthusiast with interest in the latest social media, mobile technologies and channels.
    • Experienced in dealing with a diverse range of partners and teams with some level of data marketing analytics would be valued.
