Our Lisbon office is located in Portugal's cosmopolitan capital. Mostly the teams here are focused around Technology and Store of the Future. In this office, Farfetchers like to have catch ups in the ball pit or creative moments by the grand piano!


Your goal is to find and attract talent, creating talent pipelines and engaging with passive candidates always based on fruitful and sustainable relations. You'll be a part of a Global Talent Acquisition Team and will build the best in class Sourcing Technics being a true "Social Engineer".


    • You'll be the bridge between Talent Intelligence and Talent Acquisition
    • You'll build talent pipelines for the Talent Acquisition Team taking in consideration talent positioning, short-mid term talent needs and the insights provided by Talent Intelligence
    • You'll do so using social media platforms like LinkedIn and Github but also improve news ways to find and attract Talent
    • Act as a search and pipeline management expert for a functional area by understanding hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements.
    • Solve problems and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change and trying to find additional responsibilities.
    • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective and creative sourcing strategy according to assigned timelines


    • You have extensive experience in a sourcing role;
    • You're proficient with Boolean, x-ray searches and additional sourcing software/tools;
    • You have experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems (experience with Lever is a plus);
    • You're able to work agnostically across different areas;
    • Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships;
    • Advanced English.
