Hello. We're Stadium Goods. We are the world's premier sneaker and streetwear marketplace selling only the most sought-after footwear, apparel and other hard-to-find items on behalf of our sellers. MARKETING

The Marketing team supports Stadium Goods' direct-to-consumer business, brand partnerships and brand expansion, including our apparel business. Additionally, we create content for the Stadium Goods site, app, sales channels, and our social media accounts. The Marketing team works with the entire organization and consists of digital marketing, brand, social, and content (including our photo studio on Howard Street).

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Manager to oversee communication and marketing to support our consignor-facing platforms. You will report to the VP of Partner Relations and will partner with Product, Brand, Retail and Analytics teams, with a dotted line to our Marketing team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You will be the owner of the Seller marketing program, developing programs that encompass site, app, and digital marketing channels in thoughtful, strategic ways and reporting on end results
    • You will improve acquisition, engagement & retention of consignors by implementing a CRM strategy in partnership with Marketing, Analytics, and Product
    • You will manage the full seller lifecycle and how marketing contributes to it. You'll own all consignor communications, including email & push notifications
    • You will partner with the DTC marketing team to develop, the calendar for all marketing campaigns to sellers (acquisition, promos, retention)
    • You will optimize KPIs like cost per acquisition, retention rate, reactivation rate, and cohort performance
    • Work with the paid social team on seller acquisition and retention campaigns
    • Manage other paid mobile marketing campaigns contributing to seller acquisition
    • You will analyze seller behavior and identify industry best practices to increase sellers LTV
    • You will run the go-to-market strategy for essential Product features or program changes
    • You will work with the Product team to improve the user experience, and communicate that value to our sellers
    • You will partner with Product on growing A/B testing practice to optimize retention


WHO YOU ARE

    • You have a BA in Business, Marketing, Finance or other relevant field
    • You have 3+ years of experience working in a marketing or product marketing capacity
    • You have experience working in e-commerce, marketplace, P2P, or similar environment
    • You are proficient in Google Analytics or similar e-commerce analytics platform
    • You are fluent in digital marketing fundamentals
    • You enjoy collaborating across multiple teams, providing recommendations on best course of action
    • You have project management skills and are able to translate analytic data into strategic ideas
    • Not essential but beneficial experience to have:
    • Experience in mobile app marketing (ASO, deep linking best practices, etc.)
    • You have worked in a startup environment
    • You have a passion for sneakers and streetwear
