Hello. We are Stadium Goods, the world's premier sneaker + streetwear marketplace selling only the most sought-after footwear, apparel, and other hard-to-find items on behalf of our sellers. In January 2019 Stadium Goods became part of the Farfetch family of companies, which will help guide our evolution as we usher in our next chapter of growth.

Our fast-growing team is looking for a Performance Marketing Director to be based in our New York City headquarters.

MARKETING

The Marketing Team supports Stadium Goods' direct-to-consumer business, brand partnerships and brand expansion (including our apparel business), and creating content, both for the Stadium Goods site and app and our sales channels, and content created for our multiple social media accounts. The Marketing Team consists of many overlapping departments, including digital marketing, brand, social, and content (including our photo studio on Howard Street). The Marketing Team works across the entire organization.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a data-driven digital marketer to join our dynamic team. You will oversee customer acquisition and retention for StadiumGoods.com and our mobile app, including measurement, ongoing management, and optimization of all digital marketing channels. You are someone that enjoys working in for high-growth business, someone that can adapt and pivot when needed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You will manage a team of highly engaged digital marketing managers
    • You will manage paid marketing strategy, including executing campaigns across online channels
    • You will build and optimize our existing digital marketing programs, including SEM, affiliate, display, paid social, and email, focusing on new customer acquisition and retention
    • You will help identify opportunities to expand beyond Paid Social, SEM, Display
    • You will increase media mix and audience targets to increase user acquisition, and brand awareness and engagement
    • You will work with the analytics and finance teams to manage and track media budgets and sales projections while maximizing Return on investment
    • You will measure and share results on business-critical Goals related to growth (volume, CPA, retention, LTV/payback) and own achievement of weekly and monthly KPIs
    • You will promote customer loyalty and repeat purchase through digital marketing efforts
    • You will provide relevant insights on target audiences to inform and evolve future campaigns
    • You will be an expert for all things performance marketing and act as a resource across the organization to foster a collaborative learning environment
    • You will partner with teams (Product, Supply, Content) to develop campaign assets, landing pages, and reporting needed to manage marketing programs.
    • You will partner with Brand to design and implement optimization tests across our end-to-end customer funnel
    • You will analyze and distribute results of digital marketing campaigns to eCommerce team members and executives
    • You will develop business case and tests for new markets and channels
    • You will partner with our parent company (Farfetch) to understand their digital marketing practices, how they are combatting industry headwinds, and apply their insights to your practice


WHO YOU ARE

    • You have 8+ years managing digital marketing programs and budgets
    • You have a solid understanding of all online marketing channels (including paid social, paid search, affiliate/influencer, email and SMS)
    • You are fluent in data and analytics with the ability to assess business trends and identify meaningful information to drive decision-making and create compelling narratives
    • You have experience in multi-touch attribution, developing LTV and CAC models
    • You are data drive and able to use data to form business cases and guide decisions
    • You have experience managing multi-channel teams at a DTC brand or agency, and applying a test and learn approach to how you improve channel performance
    • You have familiarity with digital marketing and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and enterprise email marketing platforms
    • You have familiarity with latest trends in Martech
    • Having a passion for the sneaker and streetwear industry is beneficial but not essential
    • Having experience managing new channels is beneficial but not essential
