NEW YORK

Our New York office is located in Midtown near the iconic Bryant Park and the historic Grand Central Terminal, New York's best connected office neighbourhood. The beautifully designed office has 360 views and tall windows to bring the outside in. We have a communal kitchen that brings the team together for Family Lunch and Happy Hours. The office is open plan with plenty of rooms and booths to take a private call, have time to relax and work in private or have a large collaborative meeting.

THE ROLE

You will be part of a growing team at Stadium Goods x FARFETCH and report to the Vice President People & Talent at Stadium Goods. We're responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle; we identify pipeline recruitment needs, take job briefs, conduct interviews and manage the offer & process for all new hires. We have daily interaction with line managers and internal customers and ensure we listen, consult and conduct the recruitment process to a very high standard. You'll support hiring across our Engineering and Data & Analytics team - working on a variety of roles at any one time. By using a combination of channels including social media, job boards, headhunting, career events and external agencies, you will attract and recruit the necessary quality and quantity of qualified candidates required for our open requisitions. We're looking for someone who excels when implementing exciting plans to help attract the best candidates. You are comfortable when communicating with team members at all levels, and have experience managing high-volume recruitment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process from candidate attraction through to offer management, advocating for diverse pipelines and interview panels to support our Conscious Inclusion plans. Maintain an excellent candidate experience.
    • You will focus on hiring for our Data, Analytics and Engineering Team, partnering with business leaders to provide thoughtfulness around candidate management, consulting on process improvements and ideal candidate profiles across both the Stadium Goods and FARFETCH brands. Provide overflow recruitment support for non-tech positions.
    • You will implement a multi-channel recruitment strategy focusing on the direct sourcing of qualified candidates
    • You will support the social recruiting plan to attract talent and build the employer brand while offering fresh ideas to develop this further
    • You will build relationships with relevant industry networks, universities and colleges to attract fresh talent
    • You will manage the talent pipeline through our applicant tracking system, Lever
    • You will always aim to improve the quality, time and cost efficiency of the recruiting function
    • You will ensure all recruitment processes are legally compliant with US employment legislation
    • You will oversee projects across Stadium Goods and FARFETCH, in partnership with local and global FARFETCH teams: continued ATS adoption, reporting, data quality, run interview training for managers & advocate for diversity and inclusion
    • You will partner with local and global People teams for continuous improvement opportunities


WHO YOU ARE

    • You have 5 years+ experience in-house or agency experience with knowledge of a variety of recruitment needs
    • You enjoy managing every aspect of the recruitment process - full cycle
    • You have experience working across many Engineering & Technology positions, demonstrating a high level of expertise of the Tech industry and competitors
    • You are not an "order taker," but instead a collaborator who develops an understanding of the business, understands how your role fits into the bigger picture, and provides talent expertise with business goals and within the framework of the global Talent Acquisition & People team. You have experience pushing back and recommending alternative solutions when needed.
    • You have worked with recruitment technology and have demonstrated experience sourcing candidates directly
    • You have experience managing high-volume recruitment with quick turnaround
    • You enjoy working with all team members and suppliers to build rapport and understanding of their functions
    • You have experience within a startup or a growing business
    • You can identify and manage recruitment risks
