We are looking for a Stock Supervisor to join the team. This role is a supportive manager role and ensures operational efficiencies of processes from intake, to stock, to shipping. You will manage a team of associates, focused on metric based KPI performance management while ensuring compliance with company guidelines. You will pay attention to all details and have a clear understanding of all movements in and out of the stock room.


You will maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of all work spaces.

You will partner with Stock and Inventory Manager to create replenishment orders (Black Wraps)

You will monitor daily intake levels and create sales orders to exit slow selling inventory to make room for new intake.

You will monitor quality control - cognizant of size discrepancies, discoloration, manufacture defects of products pulled by team members

You will audit and oversee cleanliness of all stock transactions within ERP (Sage X3) - VBIN, ZSTAGE, Aging Inventory. Report issues as they arrive and resolve.

You will ensure all products will arrive at the designated location without damage

You will confirm all inbound product is processed according to standards and that volume limits are met given spatial limitations

You will manage, train, help hire stock team members to maintain our back of house

You will monitor Time & Attendance of stock associates and notify upper management if pattern or occurrence start to frequently appear within employees.

You will Open/Close while following building protocol/stockroom checklist to ensure the safety and security of the inventory

You will work cohesively with all departments, specifically sales management, logistics and consignment

You will manage supplies inventory levels, ensuring they are ordered and team is setup for success for short-term and long-term needs (ex. Reorder materials, printer labels)

You will perform and implement role as a leader of the department(s), foster growth while setting the standards with a positive tone for the back of house department

You will recognize opportunities and communicate corrective action to hold accountability within the team in partnership with General Manager

You will act in the best interests of the Company regarding responsibility for the financial and physical assets, as it relates to daily tasks

You will help solve issues that may arise within employees or technical issues within our G-Sheets/Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Sage ERP X3, and Magento.


You have 3 or more years of retail or customer service experience in a related field

You have experience managing a team in a back of the house retail business

You can perform all basic store related physical activities

You can lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

You have passion and knowledge of street wear and sneakers

You have flexible availability that includes nights, weekends and holidays
