Zalando’s Global Catalog department is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us become the starting point for fashion for our customers, and the platform of choice for our brands.

Our three Global Catalog Teams supply the core Product, Brand, Media and Category technology and data to enable Zalando and our partners to provide our customers with a flawless assortment. Our services make products discoverable, evaluable, buyable and shippable. We are deeply integrated with the teams that onboard products and enrich content, as well as with customer facing teams that create inspirational and seamless customer experiences with this content.

The opportunity for a Senior Product Manager here is immense - you will contribute to building the Zalando platform, be exposed to the group strategy and create substantial customer and business impact.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • Help us translate Zalando group strategy into a strategic technology backlog for our Product Platform that delivers a superior customer experience and operations vs. any competing online or offline experience.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the entire group (Customer Experience, Brands, Marketplace, Fulfilment, Data Science teams, Lounge and more).
  • Identify and align competing priorities with transparent and repeatable frameworks to optimise the medium-to-long term impact for Zalando
  • Work hands-on with Engineering teams and create clarity on what to do next.
  • Help us master our product culture across Zalando by facilitating product processes that create remarkable impact for our customers at scale, ultimately building The Starting Point for Fashion.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • An experienced, data driven and highly collaborative Senior Product Manager with a strong growth mindset and a track record in shipping customer and business impact at scale.
  • You have experience and desire working on complex data and infrastructure products with platform teams and services.
  • You have defined and delivered on a product vision and strategy that drives impact.
  • You have broken down complex problems by applying easy to understand frameworks.
  • You have worked across multiple engineering teams and provided product direction from discovery to delivery.
  • You have measured the success of your products across large scale releases and continuous optimisation.
  • Experience in an e-commerce domain is a plus.
