Sales Support Assistant- EMEA B2C

Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Sales Support Assistant to join our Paris based B2C EMEA team.

Your mission

• Advice and support our professional sellers located all over Europe ! You will be a part of the EMEA B2C team, you will report directly to the Head of B2C EMEA.
• Account Management: assist in ensuring that our professional sellers receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service, including day to day support and troubleshooting
• Seller education: educating sellers on best sales practices and tool management
• Assist in managing local and global campaigns
• Onboarding new professional sellers through our mass onboarding funnel
• Reporting: Provide support to the Key Account Managers to prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

What we are looking for ?

• 2+ years experience as sales/ retail assistant, or in a customer facing role
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
• You are customer focused with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
• You are dynamic, very detail-oriented and organized with a strong business acumen.
• Autonomous and adaptable (able to work in a constantly changing environment)
• Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
• You have an excellent level of English.
• A good knowledge of the e-commerce industry is a strong plus.
