Job Title: Operations Shipping/Inventory Manager
Primary Purpose: To manage team of clerks and make sure shipments are delivered properly and on time. Evaluates shipments and product levels and to maintain inventory control.

- Management of in house inbound and outbound fulfillment operations and personnel
- Ensure that all goods are cleared through internal QC, tagging, and receiving processes in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure seamless inbound and outbound inventory movement
- Develop and implement KPI's to measure warehouse efficiency
- Manage vendor relationships with UPS /DHL
- Effectively manage Coach's inventory to ensure timely and correct order fulfillment, minimize backorders, and promote inventory turns
- Utilize key metrics to improve, manage and maintain an efficient workflow of product, raw materials and staffing demands
- Directly responsible for ensuring safety levels constantly exceed the industry standard
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive fulfillment strategy for Coach's facility by shaping requirements, assessing deliverables, and utilizing resources to help eliminate process pain points

- 5+ years industrial sewing experience is required
- Must have high attention to detail and craftsmanship, with clean stitching, consistent margins and SPI (Stitch Per Inch) on all constructions
- Must willing to assist with other functions, as needed
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Eager to learn and increase skills and quality of work
- Works well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Professionalism in attitude, appearance, and approach
- Must have a positive attitude and work well with others

- Bachelors Degree
- Previous experience on operations / inventory management
- Understanding of eCommerce, Warehouse
- Understanding and working experience in luxury leather handbags and goods
- Bi-lingual: English, Spanish
