ZMS Insights is an integral part of the ZMS offering, enabling brand partners to gain a holistic understanding of their consumers at Zalando. Our offering covers the full range of insights services, such as consulting, data analytics and market research.

As a (Senior) Strategy Consultant, you will provide immense value to our brand partners with actionable insights for strategic, marketing and merchandising decision making. You will not only lead diverse insights projects, but also play a key role in driving strategies and actions from the insights for our brand partners.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • You are a true Consultant to our brand partners - you fully immerse into their business objectives, and deliver not only relevant insights, but derive strategic actions based on the findings;
  • You will work closely with the Analytics and Market Research teams to design insights projects according to the objectives, and execute them using our extensive toolkit of methodologies;
  • You will create clear and visually impactful reports, and deliver compelling presentations to various internal stakeholders as well as your clients;
  • In addition to client work, you will collaborate with other ZMS teams, by enabling them with to deliver data-driven brand, creative and media strategies;
  • You will play a significant role in defining the future of ZMS Insights, by leading internal initiatives around topics such as Product Innovation and Business Development.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Possess 3+ years relevant work experience working as a client-facing Consultant for strategic or analytical topics
  • You also hold a strong academic qualification in Business, Economics, Marketing, or similar.
  • Your love of numbers allows you to visualize and explain complex analysis, and your business-savviness and interest in fashion e-commerce help you to quickly grasp the business relevance of such analysis.
  • You have a track record of building strong relationships with diverse clients, achieved through your strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • You are experienced in handling multiple work streams simultaneously while consistently delivering excellence.
