Email Marketing & CRM Coordinator

Location: Edinburgh or London

We are looking for a talented, passionate and dedicated Email Marketing & CRM Specialist to join our team. Working with Strathberry, you will hold a key role within our fast-growing business to support the planning, execution and optimisation of our multi-channel digital marketing strategies. 

You will work with internal groups (including Creative, Copy and Marketing) to coordinate and develop all digital assets and help build and develop campaign and communication strategy based on customer insights and lifecycle plans. 

Key responsibilities

Email Marketing

  • Planning of content calendar in line with the wider marketing calendar, working collaboratively with the E-commerce and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns are commercially driven and relevant. Tailoring messaging and strategy as specific to each region/database (Global/US/China/Japan).
  • End-to-end management of weekly email campaign creation – including brief, copywriting, collecting translations, uploading into ESP, thorough testing and delivery. 
  • Working in partnership with our external partner on a monthly basis to evaluate campaign performance and identify trends and opportunities for future improvement. 

CRM

  • Planning, implementation and monitoring of a range of email CRM automations.
  • Ensuring the customer database is correctly segmented to target marketing activities appropriately. 
  • Working with the Customer Service and Store teams to develop customer lists and executing CRM outreach to drive loyalty. 

Website

  • Working with the E-commerce team to plan homepage updates in line with marketing calendar.
  • Copywriting for homepage, collection pages and product descriptions. 
  • Working with the Marketing team to plan and create blog posts - from brief, copywriting, and uploading into CMS.

Social Media

  • Working collaboratively with PR Manager to plan and create daily content for Instagram feed and stories, writing captions and publishing posts. 
  • Publishing posts on organic Facebook channel

Reporting

  • Monthly reporting on email marketing and organic social media metrics. 

Candidate Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ digital marketing/ecommerce experience, preferably in the fashion or luxury sector 
  • Experience working with an ESP, particularly Emarsys 
  • Experience with referral programmes is beneficial
  • Experience in using Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce reports 
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned areas of responsibility
  • High attention to detail and an ability to maintain this whilst working at pace 
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Positive, committed attitude, willing to adapt and evolve
